Archbishop Andrews Thazhath met the Holy Father Pope Francis twice during Synodal interval session on 4/10/2023. In the first meeting Archbishop spoke about the death of Cardinal Telesphore Toppo. In the second meeting the Pope enquired about the present situation in the Syro Malabar Church and asked to follow the directives already given from the Apostolic See.
